1. This Contest is open to participants aged 6 to 12 years old. There are two categories, which are Category A for participants aged 6-8; and Category B for participants aged 9-12.
2. Interested participants may register and submit an entry for the Contest from today to 12 September 2025 via the google form (https://forms.gle/ADFdR6XoLnNkKCRo7). All participants are required to bring their own colouring materials (i.e. colour pencils, poster colour & etc) on the Contest day.
3. All colouring must be done on the Contest day.
4. The organizer will provide each participant a colouring paper on the Contest day.
5. The score and ranking for the 1^st Prize, 2^nd Prize, 3^rd Prize and Excellence Award will be based on judges’ scores. The judges’ score will be based on neatness, creativity, colour combination and the overall presentation.
6. There are total of eight (8) prizes for this contest per category, which comprise of:
   1^st Prize – RM300.00 PLAYCE E-Cash Voucher, trophy and certificate
   2^nd Prize – RM200.00 PLAYCE e-voucher, trophy and certificate
   3^rd Prize – RM100.00 PLAYCE e-voucher, trophy and certificate
   5 Excellence Award – RM50.00 PLAYCE e-voucher and certificate
7. The judges’ decision is final, and no further requests, claims or correspondence whatsoever will be entertained.
8. Participants hereby agree to allow the Organizer to retain the colouring paper submitted during the Contest for display at New World Park.
9. The Organizer reserves the right and sole and absolute discretion to reject and disqualify any colouring paper deemed unsuitable for display, offensive in nature or which are not compliant with the Rules & Regulations of the Contest.
10. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify winners who are found to be in breach of the Rules & Regulations stated herein.
11. Each winner is entitled to one prize only and all prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
12. Winners of the Contest will be announced on the same day after the contest at New World Park.
13. The Organizer will not be held responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever caused to the colouring paper after the colouring paper have been submitted to the Organizer during the Contest day and no claims whatsoever can be made against the Organizer in such an event.
14. Colouring paper which have been submitted to the Organizer for the Contest are not returnable. The organizer will not be responsible for any accident, mishap, death, damage or injuries occurring during the Contest or in connection with the Contest in any manner whatsoever. No claims of any kind can be made against the organizer. Participants agree to be bound by the rules, regulations and final decision of the organizer. The organizer retains all rights to publish and use the names, personal details, photographs and/or video recordings of the participants including all materials submitted during the Contest for the purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity for promotions, without any prior notice to the participants and/or their parents/guardians who by submitting their entries to the Contest hereby consent or for parents/guardians, have consented on behalf of the participants, to such use by the organizer. All participants and/or their parents/guardians on behalf of the participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of claims or compensation whatsoever on any of the materials submitted to enter the Contest.
15. By submitting an entry to the Contest, each participant and/or their parents/guardians hereby
    consent to continue receiving promotional materials and information from PPB Group Berhad.
16. Upon registering for the Contest, the participant and/or their parent/guardian on behalf of the participant is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this Contest and the participant and/or their parents/guardians acknowledge that he/she has read and understood PPB Group Berhad’s Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice which can be found on New World Park’s Facebook Page (https://www.ppbgroup.com/governance-sustainability/personal-data-protection/notice) and consents or for parents/guardians, have consented on behalf of the participants, to the usage, collecting, recording and processing of his/her personal data for the purposes stated in such notice and in connection herein.
